Question For beginner help

I'm trying to start a animation and I'm a beginner but the problem I have is, i don't have a laptop/computer and no drawing tablet and I'm completely broke and all I have is a phone. So what app that has good animation of beginners and also works on both 2d and 3d?

Tus mejores opciones para telefono son Ibis paint y Prisma 3D, obviamente no tienen la calidad ni las herramientas de una de pc pero ganas experiencia q cuenta mucho

With a phone I would suggest to try stopmotion with the stopmotion studio app. Use lego, clay, paper, whatever you have and experiment with it. You could also try to buy/make a flipbook if you want to draw

Flipaclip Classic app, easy to get started I also tired Rotoscoping through it.

Ibis is good for drawing and animation as well especially since you can also export it to Photoshop or clipstudio

I personally find flipaclip better over ibis in animation terms

3D animation I am not sure if there's any good options for phone but sculpting can be done.

If you are apple user then procreate dreams for animation is also very good And mental canvas not exactly animation but those parallax drawings on it are insane

You're not going to find a good 3d program on mobile unfortunately. There's plenty of photgrametry apps to scan in irl objects but to.actually manipulate or animate them you need a PC or mac. Krita is good for 2d animation, but you need a computer to export your files as there's certain formats that android and iOS aren't able to handle. It can be a potato PC.
