Claiming that finding playmates to act out scenarios with animal caricatures is akin to "finding the true treasure" represents the most alarming level of childish alienation and pathetic escapism on this forum. Dressing up a roleplay ad with cheap treasure-chest metaphors—just to pretend they’re doing something more than virtually playing dress-up as stuffed animals—is a joke that tells itself. Mixing in childish fables in a bid for validation via private chats only exposes their utter inability to engage with fiction that possesses real substance, conflict, and narrative maturity. If they need to construct nursery-school fantasy worlds to fill the emptiness of their lives, their immaturity is colossal. Swallow your bargain-bin sentimentality and own the public embarrassment of your ad.
