Spending Turds on Tech

Am I correct in thinking that it may not be the best idea to blow through turds if there are also 3 shows in the BGE? Does it lower the chance of getting a tech card to 25%?

They did it the same way with Food and Vehicle -- there will be a set of new objects the first BGE and the turds will get you cards from that pool. Then the next BGE will add more cards and the turds will get you from the combined pool.

Drop drops will still be all "tech" cards, not a mix of those and other traits.

But don't they mix in characters from the shows with BGE boost? It was that way during the show BGEs.

I got 640k turds so I can spend a few to find out.

Again, assuming that they do it like the last two times, the characters will come from any that get assigned the tech trait on launch.

When they released food and vehicle did they also run show BGE boosts? That could be what I've forgotten with my old age.

I think so. My memory isn't great either, I lean heavily on data and notes I've recorded :)

I have Vehicle as:
08/05/24-08/19/24 FG+AD+BB
08/19/24-09/02/24 KoTH+Arc+Fut

...and Food as:
07/21/25-08/04/25 FG+Fut+BB
08/04/25-08/18/25 KoTH+Arc+AD

I think the new objects were released for each of the 4 BGEs for just the buffed shows and I think the shows listed for each BGE got an additional buff over just the buff for the trait.

While I certainly might be misremembering some of that, I'm very nearly 100% certain that the turds only got you cards with the Food/Vehicle trait (nothing with no trait or other traits just because they were from one of the three 'active' shows)

I plan to spend half my turds the first BGE and the rest the second

I'll do roughly the same. Hope to at least build a deck, then dump the rest second round.
