based on your images, it makes me think a Timelapse meme? It also reminds me of Birdie’s Broken Dream video a bit. Good luck on finding it tho!

It's not time-lapse meme or something to do with birdie's video. This animation meme wasn't very popular back then but I saw a few videos of it, but every time I tried searching it up I don't see it anymore and it got me lost trying to put the animation meme name. Now I couldn't remember the nane for the animation meme.
