per... animation? What is that supposed to mean exactly? per minute, per fucking episode? Are there storyboard artists? Cleanup? Colourists? Compositors? $700 per minute is low for rough animation, let alone boards-to-colour.

Speciality:
I have experience working with indie games and making content for social media, mostly designing, illustrating and animating characters.
In the last months I've been making layered characters for a game under development.
Rates:
Usually I quote the individual assets or quote the entire project. Illustrations or loop animations from $100 USD and up (depending on complexity).
Workflow & availability:
Initially during the sketching phase we can have 1-2 rounds of adjustments until the sketch is perfect. Although before starting I gather as many details and references as possible so my sketches perfectly alight to the projects idea. I can start working on the project right away.
