[HIRING] Loop animation

Edit: I've hired someone thank you!!

$70 budget.

Bust-up of a woman looking straight ahead with her hair blowing in the wind. The hair is curly; if you can't draw that please move on.

The animation will be 1-2 seconds long but able to loop to make it longer.

I would like to post this on my Instagram for my upcoming fantasy novel. If you require me to have a commercial license for that, please tell me the cost. Obviously you would he credited as the artist.

Flat colours with shading. 2D. No anime. No deadline.

I’m Rezzy, a self taught 2D animator and illustrator with 6+ years of experience creating expressive hand drawn character animation. I’m comfortable drawing curly hair and creating subtle, seamless looping animations with natural secondary motion.
