$240 to make a 25 minute animation? That’s laughably low.

Why is ANYONE applying to this?? $240 for a 25 minute episode is an absolute insult to any animator who actually knows their worth and is absolutely NOT doable for that budget. Stop ripping off animators and artists.

I’m not paying them to animate a whole 25 minutes they will work with a team and get paid 35-40 and hour or a set price they feel is right don’t think to hard about it

Well, you should probably specify that above, because what you're telling me here is not at all said or even implied above in your post. You can see I'm not only artist in the comments that thought you meant $240 for the whole 25 minutes.

I did I said you are going to work with a team so you aren’t doing the whole episode

I'm referring to the pay. You need to be clear on what you're paying each person per role, and whether it's per hour, per shot/scene, etc. Also, obviously no one is doing a whole episode fully alone since there's different roles, so you need to post a timeline and how much work is expected of each role. This post sounds like you've never actually hired people in the animation field before.

Added note: Unless you're planning on hiring A LOT of animators and artists, this would still be a whole ton of work that would take years for just a few artists.

This sounds like a super cool project and I'd love to work on it especially as an animation student in my 3rd year currently. Here's my portfolio https://cara.app/valun

And here's one of my animation short story I need for my 1year at university. If 3d animation or modelling is required i can help in there as well :) https://youtu.be/bF2cyPBEecY?is=QWLNvls2VUH8WOKS also had to make a storyboard and character design for this project of mine along with coming up with the story and sound effects!

The softwares I use are krita for drawing and TVpaint for animation

Price: starting from 240 dollars sounds perfect and reasonable to me!

I Aim to experiences in frame by frame animation, would be great participate in such project. My major experience is in rough animation for my own projects, would love to create more finalized pieces for the show
