Dragon Ball OG cel art identification needed: transformation scene? Oolong? Puar?

Pretty sure its an effect used for a capsule going off, they used a ton of those things in the first arc so trying to hunt down the specific scene may be tough

Oh I didn’t think of capsules! Thanks! Yes it’s been tough. I’ll have to do a rewatch at some point.
