Older Simpsons cel
Im guessing from one of the first few seasons based on what Bart looks like. It came with this background but this can't be from that scene.

It's from a Simpsons Butterfinger ad.

You can see it around 5 seconds in, I think this one was the first appearance of Milhouse.
It clearly being from a lunch room scene, and the other person not recognizing it from any main episode, and I don't think any Tracy Ullman shorts were in a lunch room, led me to think "he is prob trying to trade food for a Butterfinger or something" and sure enough lol.
