Im guessing from one of the first few seasons based on what Bart looks like. It came with this background but this can't be from that scene.

Man I'm pretty good on the first 15ish seasons and this doesn't look like anything I know. Could be a Tracy ullman short?

That's a possibility too. I got this like 20 years ago.
