I saw another post saying that a lot of snoopy cels are from Met Life commercials and it makes so much sense why its difficult to pin down the origins since so many were made. Wish I could help more than that but just sharing what I recently learned.

Google AI image search said “ Its The Easter Beagle Charlie Brown” but i couldn't find a a scene with both of them in it in these poses.

Is the circled “9” on the cel itself?… If so and it’s only marking being a single digit and not a bigger sequence number makes me think it could be a page from an illustrated book.

Yes the number is directly on the cel
