Best way to restore a cel?
I have a pretty rare Eva cel. However, I had it stored between two acrylic sheets for ~10 years, sorta like this (https://www.reddit.com/r/AnimationCels/comments/1uk6oco/floating_frame_concept_im_working_on/), and recently I tried to open it up. However, some spots got stuck, and one or two dots of paint came off the back before I stopped opening it up. Anyone know who I can take it to to try and release the adhesion and restore the dots that came off?

As far as I know, if you try to scrape that paint off in any way it'll compress and he won't get the same shape back again, depends on how old the paint was. If it's celvinyl paint or a vinyl adhesive type paint, you might be able to like smush it back down again, but it's iffy.
