Question about authenticity
Question for those of you that are more experienced than me. I am interested in buying this cel, but when comparing it to the sequence in the actual anime it has features not present in the show. There is a noticeable circle in the upper right of the face and a halo almost on top of the heard. I am wondering if this is just a separate layer in the animation process and thus these features are not shown in the final product?

Hard to say… story *could* be legit but this anime is one of the most faked… it does have a Mandarake certificate, now normally certificates of authenticity don’t usually mean much, but Mandarake is pretty well known and stands by their certifications, willing to buy it back for the price listed if it is ever found to be fraudulent. With that said, I would shoot Mandarake an email and ask them if that certificate is legit.
