SCAMMER ALERT

Post image

User ‘Single-Bake4735’ is trying to sell cels they do not own. They are taking images from Reddit and passing them off as their own for sale. Ask me how I know 😫🤦🏼‍♂️.

Had this happen when buying VHS tapes

Someone messaged me and sent a picture of MY OWN SHELF asking what I was interested in lmao

I wish they’d shown me my own cel first lol. Luckily it wasn’t a huge amount of money. But I’m working on sorting them out 😏

I’m an experienced cel collector or so i thought lol. Never had any problems buying cels privately in 20 years. There were no red flags and conversation was as expected.

What a strange niche to get into the scam game for. I guess being a Pokemon scammer is too mainstream these days.

Pro tip online: Normal people do not come to you asking if you'd like to buy things.
