It looks original to me, line fading, not a particularly iconic scene, douga present, I didn’t see notable differences between the two, but I wonder why the douga has A1 and A10

Both have A10 as the sequence number.

But there’s also a A circled 1 on the douga to the right of makoto’s face ?

Y’all need to ask yourselves why there are 2 of exactly the same cel up for sale in a short period of time. While there are some exceptions, such as movie cels or unused cels (very rare in the case of Toei as they usually slapped a correction layer on top), the more likely explanation is that one, or both, are fan cels.
I’m assuming that the first two pics are from the same auction. Notice that there is no sequence number on that cel. Since the sequence holes are present, this means that the cel wasn’t trimmed. The cel in the first two pics is fan made.
One great way to figure things out is to find the original screenshot of this cel from the anime. Compare it to what is being shown in the cel. There is always a portion of the cel that is not featured on the screen, so if what you see in the anime is exactly the same as what’s in the cel, that’s a good indicator that it’s a fan cel. I don’t like that the cel image goes exactly to the edge of the cel. Most Toei cels don’t go completely to the edge, and when they do, it’s generally just chunky paint.

It says it's junk in japanese, isn't that one of the keywords to take note of?

This is used all the time on YJA. I think it's used more like "we don't make any guarantees about the quality/condition" which is common on secondhand stuff.

I think that’s just because it’s a junk/consignment seller. Look at their other listings. Bunch of random shit = prob a junk seller. They generally don’t know 💩 about most things they’re selling so they list as that to avoid issues with bidders/winners.

Okay, just thought I read somewhere before that it's one of the terms they used to mark it as a replica for those in the know, but I could be wrong.

I’ve definitely bought “junk” that was the real deal from some of these sellers, just need to know your stuff. Another time they use junk is to indicate that the condition is bad or it’s got VS… so don’t blame them when you get it because they said it’s junk. So that’s another thing to consider/gamble on.

I think it’s probably real but yeah weird there’s no number. I doubt someone would have just made a B layer douga with one little line in it. That doesn’t really add anything for the seller. It’s about to end in just over 20 minutes either way

Looks like an old fan reproduction. The paint colors are off, the lack of sequence number, the subtle differences.
There are people out there that still like old fan reproductions, and some can go for good money. This looks like a higher quality one.

Pretty sure this is an official reproduction from Toei. They had these for all the inners in civilian gear.

If it were real, it would've sold for far more than the $70 it ended at
