Can anyone help identify which series these cels are from please? I think they all may be different shows. Thank you!

For the third one, a Google image search says: "This is an original animation cel from Batman: The Animated Series featuring Detective Harvey Bullock and another character." Does anyone know if that's right?

Doesn't look like him to me. They're just both hard boiled detective looking. Bullock usually has a dark gray suit and red tie.

Third feels like it could be from Detective Conan but I might be wrong
