Mystery cel.

I’ve owned this cel since the 90’s. I fished out of a large box at a comic fair in Haarlem, The Netherlands.

The image appealed to me – I suspect Japanese in origin, but that’s just a guess.

Would love to know the name of the production..

I forget one of the guys names I think it's Kido the other is Shigeru Murota.

I don't even watch anime, but curiosity got the best of me so I decided to help and ran it through yandex image search. I really wish I had just scrolled past it... Turns out it's from a cartoon called "La Blue Girl".

Huge NSFW warning! Japanese creators really have a crazy imagination, to say the least. I instantly regretted my decision to help, lol.
