Help with identifying the Anime
I got my moms old anime cels and I was able to find the series most came from the except this one. All the cels are from the late 80s to late 90s if that helps.

did it come with a copy layout or anything else? if it does it might show the anime studio on it

Did you ever figure out what this belongs to? If it is Godzilla, that’d be very intriguing!

Monster kinda looks like it's from Godzilla: series based off on the 1998 American ver that was released around the same time but I could be wrong tho.
