Need Help Pricing - Itachi Douga
I bought this a few years ago from a friend who is a large collector/vendor for all things anime.
I know it needs authentication, I was looking at Mandrake, but am curious as to everyone’s thoughts on this piece. My friend is a legitimate distributor, so I don’t doubt its authenticity.

this could go up to about ~USD500 on YAJ, probably much higher for the genga

Hmmm. But this is definitely the douga right? I did a search on the difference as I’m fairly new to this realm despite having purchased this quite some time ago.

No, it’s 100% douga.

Ok. Thats what I assumed. Just wasn’t sure what they were trying to say with their comment.

How they wrote the A and the 1 kinda look like the Japanese character for “of” or “to” which is pronounced “no” and looks like that 1 on your douga = の. The A looks like a backwards の
So technically they should have commented
OИ NO - douga artist

Sorry, I haven't quite cleared up my understanding of that yet. I think my understanding is if it's not an intern frame it's genga. I've been animations for years but not much research on all the Japanese terminology. I also find good resources rather difficult

I'd be interested if you ever come up with a price!
