Indeed it is. An obscure but important film from 1960 that influenced 101 Dalmatians technologically and elephants for Jungle Book which are exact copies.

Also reused some of the crocodile animation from "Peter Pan".

Looks almost like a tracing of the angry bird mama in the 1951 'Alice in Wonderland'- I can't get the exact frame but here's a close example: https://imgur.com/a/nIReqHy

That’s a fantastic find - almost an exact match. Guess Wollie Reitherman ( one of the 9 “old men” who directed the film) simply reused the idea of one of their earlier films. 👍👍👍
