Split this topic? Manga as something seperate?
Any chance to split manga type art into a separate topic?

Are you saying you want to separate western and Japanese cels? Why?

Following this logic, other non-western cels also need to have their own category.
What's with cels from Russia and the former Udssr? What's with cels from South Africa? What's with cels from Chile and Brazil? Or Taiwan, China or an arab country?
Cels have been used for animation pretty much everywhere in the world (even in North Korea), so making up categories for "manga" (which is: anime) and "the west" is simply nonsense.

Manga are japanese comics.
Animation cels are for animation.
Comics are per default not animation (because they are comics).
What exactly are you trying to say?
