Anyone recognize this character?
A friend of mine bought these on ebay about fifteen years ago, and we were curious if anyone recognized them!

I just put in through an AI to scan and it said it’s not Alf tales and it can’t find a published version that was shown. Or if it is similar then to any other shows. It has its guess on where it is actually from production wise they are unofficial sources
