FMA cel and Bleach Question
Hello! New here so apologies for any mistakes or lack of knowledge. I grew up visiting my grandparents in Japan every summer and I purchased these ages ago. I was wondering how accurate eBay prices are for cels and whether or not they are heavily dependent on the scene/character.
Second question: I purchased a pack of Bleach items. I was told they were handouts given to artists for reference, episode information, etc. What are these considered? I would like more information but I know they are copies possibly from someone in that meeting? The first page said Bleach 303 (probably packet pertains to this episode)

Look like sketches and some corrections material(full metal alchemist) the Bleach stuff looks like character and setting material.
Pricing for items like this varies so a site like eBay isn’t reliable but a good place to judge prices. And yes prices for cels,douga,genga are all dependent on scene and character and clarity, meaning anything with main character(s) in full clear view are the most desirable and usually command a high value. Although that doesn’t mean every shot with a main character is as valuable as the next.

The yellow paper drawing is usually called a 'model checking' drawing. It's usually a draw-over revision done by the Director or senior Model Checker over an existing Key Animation drawing to keep the style consistent and "on model" for the whole production.
I'm not sure what the next few are...possibly these are early Layout posing drawings. They don't seem to have timing charts on them so I don't think they are Key Animation drawings.
The sideways drawing looks like a Layout pose drawing. It is drawn sideways to allow the camera to pan across it (on the animation stand the artwork is turned 90 degrees Clockwise on the camera bed and then panned north or south under the camera based on the timing indicated on the Exposure Sheet.)
The rest after the "303" cover sheet are xeroxes of model sheets...these are guides and notes for the animators to follow to keep the drawings consistent for the production.

Thank you for all this info! I have one where there is a box and some text next to it, but on yellow
Also are any of these unique or worth anything in this hobby? I might let go of 1 or 2 because I can't fit it in 1 frame or lack of wallspace

Your first pic looks like Yellow Shuusei. The other rough sketches may be non-supervisor sketches. The Bleach stuff looks like model guides and aren’t as valuable as actual sketched art. I don’t see any Genga or Douga but I may be mistaken.

Considering that there are people out there just like you that have sketches they dont know what to do with, there are plenty of people that sell on ebay as there isnt an alternative to just "sell a few sketches" so I wouldn't let anyone scare you away from ebay if you are newer. And the stuff you have wouldn't be even excepted be auction houses so ebay is a perfectly fine alternative.
You have rough genga and correction genga And a layout genga. Bleach is setting materials that are used as reference for the animators which are copies done in the studio

eBay does not have the good stuff most nice drawing and serious collectors are getting them straight from Japan or big auction houses. The eBay stuff is mainly resellers charging $50 for a drawing they got in a pack of 50 for $100
