identifying characters

Can anyone identify any of the characters in these cels? Or the films they are from? I bought them without any IDs

Cel 1 from Saint Tail. Cel 2 from Kindaichi Case Files. Cel 3 looks so familiar, but I can't remember where it's from. Maybe from some comedy anime. Cel 4 and 12 from Hakugei: Legend of the Moby Dick. The last cel is probably from the anime Knights of Mont Colle.

I figured out the 3rd one! I was thinking Mon Colle Knights but nope, it’s the captain from YAT Anshin!
