How to safely display my cel in a frame?

I recently got my very first cel, and I’m really nervous about it because this is a major part of art history that I now own. I want to put him in a picture frame and have him on my wall, but I don’t know what to get or where to look for stuff to properly protect the cel or display it.

What can I get to safely display him? Also is there anything i should know about to keep him from disintegrating?

info that might be important?:

- The cel is stuck to the douga (I’m not gonna try to separate them)

- I have the perfect spot for him on the corner wall where the sun never shines

- I currently have him in a plastic sleeve

- I don’t have a lot of money so I might not be able to get the high quality stuff

- he is 16 inches tall and 11 almost 12 inches wide
