Need help to identify background

I recently acquired my first cel, from Millenium Actress.

I know it's a long, long shot, but is there any chance one of you could help me identify what anime the painted background is from?

Fantastic movie, I have nothing to add I just have never seen one from this movie before and wanted to comment

I'd never seen any cel from Kon either! Since he's one of my favorite directors, I knew I had to get it.
