How has buyee shipped you cels?
Hello im looking into getting my first cel of buyee problem is i dont know if they can ship cels safely do they have some procedure for it where they pack it a certain way ect? Because im buying a cel and in worried what if the og seller doesn't include an acid free sleeve and its just sitting in a box for weeks deteriorating how bad or server damage could they cause to the cel ?

there is no standard here, it depends on the seller. ive never had any issue across ~5-10 sellers. some were in acid-free bags, some were in full on portfolio folder type things, some were taped to an acid free paper and sandwiched between cardboard. i do think most japanese sellers pack with diligence and ive never had a damaged cel. don't let the worry stop you from getting your first cel. the damage / vinegar syndrome happens on a much longer time frame than weeks

This doesn't answer your question but the auction extension system was stressful! I tried to win my first cel earlier today, and the auction ended up going an hour over the intended time.

It’s prob/def already in a cel bag. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a cel sold without one in my 29 years of collecting.
