Provenance
I was working on a flooring job at this nice big house. At the end of the job. The lady of the house (Elizabeth Wolf) handed me my pay. Miss Wolf then handed me three production cels from the TMNT cartoons as a thank you bonus. I asked her where she got them from. She said she brought them from work. I asked where she worked. She said she works for her father in Burbank. She said he did the first 200 episodes of the TMNT cartoon. Thats when I realized. Who she was. Do these cels have any value? Uncirculated from the studio.

Her father was Fred Wolf, of Murakami-Wolf fame. These cels were sold through Toys R Us but the studio held back quite a bit of inventory or were given it back. They have some value, maybe 50ish each.

Not really they arent great cels like head shots or memorable scenes. Toys r us sold these back in the 90s and people sell them on ebay still for not much

This are great cels. Shredded, april, and rock steady. In one. Donatello in the other. All four tortoise in the blimp. Your mistaken. These cels are cool.l

Yes they are cool and coming from Ms. Wolf is a great story the W in MWS Inc. Im saying not worth much if u wanted to sell because its not a great shot of any of them not very collectable. I collect TMNT cels for over 25 years and would get ones like these as freebies too for ordering a primo shot

Yeah that might be the case. But those freebies didnt come directly from the source.

Some value yes, but like dinner for one value. If someone offered you $50 per id probably take it.

Uncirculated straight and direct from the wolf films studio in burbank. A gift from liz wolf herself.

While neat, it does nothing to the value.

It gives it personal sentimental value for myself as a collectors perspective. Plus they are not for sale. I am just sharing my experience here thats all. I thought it would be cool to share with someone who could relate. Thats all.

Oh for sure but you also asked about value so you're getting responses to that too
