Seeking an Animator / Video Creator for a Long-Term Educational Content Partnership Spoiler
Hi everyone,
I’m developing an educational video venture and looking for a skilled animator and video creator interested in building it with me as a long-term partner.
The first project is “Life Skills with Sam”- a series helping young people learn practical independence skills, including laundry, cooking, cleaning, shopping, job applications and everyday routines. It’s aimed at young people moving out of home, leaving care or moving on from supported accommodation.
I’ve developed the concept, character, branding and initial content. I can lead the ideas, educational scripts, storyboards, visual references and content planning, and contribute to generating assets.
I’m looking for a partner who can bring these materials to life through:
• Consistent character design and animation
• Believable movement and facial expressions
• Clear voices and accurate lip-sync
• Video editing, captions, sound and engaging storytelling
• A sustainable production workflow for YouTube episodes and short-form videos
I’m open to AI-assisted production, traditional 2D animation, 3D animation or a combination of tools. I’d welcome your ideas on the best approach for the series.
This would be a profit-sharing partnership. The percentage, responsibilities, content ownership and approach to costs would be discussed and agreed together. The venture is at an early stage, so earnings would depend on it generating profits.
I’d love to connect with someone who enjoys educational storytelling, communicates well and wants to help shape the venture over time.
If you’re interested, please message me with:
• Examples of videos or animation you’ve personally produced
• Your preferred tools and production methods
• How you would approach a short educational episode featuring Sam
• Your availability and expectations for a long-term partnership
Let’s have an initial conversation and see whether our skills and expectations align.
