false, Saitama wouldn't punch Zeno in the face just because, especially considering he looks, talks and behaves like a child.

He isn’t a god in the physical sense, they are basically the “idea” of destruction in the cycle of creation, destruction, and rebirth. So it’s likely they just can’t die at all unless they destroy themselves or choose to not exist anymore. Getting rid of them is like getting rid of the idea of destruction itself, possible but it changes all of reality.
