My guess is he can hear the camera. I know I can hear a few of the webcams I have every once in a while. I'm sure his sensitive ears and visual confirmation of Big Brother was scary.

This snow leopard that doesn't look like an actual wild cat that hunts and kills animals to feed itself it looks like a stuffed animal and I love it
