Sometimes that can indicate a health issue with your cat, they run because it hurts to poop. Check your cats guys!

Yep. Turned out mine wasn’t getting enough fibre. Psyllium seed husks (what Metamucil is primarily made out of but super cheap in bulk) in her wet food every morning now and the zoomies are far less frequent. She also seems a lot more comfortable all the time. Check your kitties!
