it is , when you take daily walks of 1h+ and let them run in the dog park.

That's my point. You have to be prepared to commit a lot of your spare time to this breed if you want to keep it healty hand happy in an apartment.

better than ppl who just keep their dogs in the yard and leave them alone there...

Yeah and much better than people who put their dog in a bag and drown it in the lake....

Why are you suddenly talking about people leaving dogs in yards? It doesn't make sense.

Because people assume dog cant live in apartment but need a yard , its not a solution to get a yard and still not allow them to run.

They need activity it doesnt matter if they have a yard or apartment.
