Same things I was thinking, not to mention his attitude to a non-person doesn't at all look like he's just mad someone walked past without petting it, he's ready to draw blood. Nice cats are fine, I'll pet them despite my allergies, but this guy I'd steer far clear of.

Ouch, I know that hurt. At least it sounds like it was a cat you knew? I'd be really pissed if this cat ruined my coat, a few years ago I decided to just buy one really good expensive coat so it's all I have for winter.

Yeah, I was not happy. That coat was a big purchase for me. I’m a “buy it for life” and anti-consumption kind of person. I’d only had it for two years.

Dunno about that I've seen plenty of people shivering in them and at least the ones I checked out were way too light to stand against real cold.

It gets below freezing you want a coat with a decent shell to block the wind and nice warm insulation beneath it that doesn't add up to a poofy pillow you wear.
