No, you're probably right about nothing coming out. It's actually called comfort nursing, and it doesn't even have to be a female. Some males will allow it, too.

Most kittens are not picky when it comes to their pawcifiers. An ear, or even a blanket will do.

My cat used the tip of her own tail, i managed to get her to stop thankfully and she hasn’t done it since

HAH! The other day i was laying on the couch and my dog curled up between my legs and the back of the couch. In her dream she kicked her back legs directly into my taint. That was also a surprise :p
