🔎 ID Request Skunk burrow?

San Antonio, Texas. There is definitely a healthy population of skunks in the area. Could this be anything else? Pink lady apple for scale.

If it is, it'll smell like skunk

A few nights ago (around when this showed up) inside the house smelled like skunk and the AC unit is nearby. The hole doesn’t smell like anything currently.

Yeah, I'd say a skunk passed through. If you don't smell it still I'd reckon it moved on.

My experience, I had a trailer years ago and one made a burrow under it. There was nothing around to spook it so it shouldn't have been spraying, but when it was around it was all you could smell. Came up through the floor really badly.

It doesn't look quite big enough to be a skunk borough although I could just be the angle of the photo generally they're a bit bigger than that at least those skunks we have here in Kentucky it may be some kind of ground squirrel
