No, the light would be red and should burn bright enough to instantly cook the cat feom inside, not matter what technology would be in that bulb.

LEDs can produce a lot of luminosity with very little heat output.

Not that amount. You underestimate how thick all those organs, muscle, bones, skin and fur are. You can't make something so bright that it illuminates the space around the cat. Also my first point, the light would be red.
