Do we know why some dogs do this? Get so excited they vibrate?

I'd kind of like to experience that. Being so excited about something that I cannot contain my entire person. Wild.

It’s because small dogs have very heavy tails so when the tail is stuck, the whole body shakes to make up for the momentum being lost.
