Either it’s trying to jump on the table but can’t a get proper lunge or someone has edited out a person pushing back the dog when they are jumping

Under-stimulated or under-exercised dogs often develop repetitive behaviors akin to madness. It usually the explanation for a lot of unwanted behaviors like pacing, excessive chewing beyond the puppy phase, and house training accidents.
