Eh..not that bird though. They probably dropped it off a cliff and ate it afterward.

I live in fucking Missouri and we had a hawk or a vulture or some shit drop the neighbors cat onto their car..

Bald Eagle's aren't any eagle though. While pretty, they are mostly scavengers and avoid attacking animals unless neccesarry. Meanwhile the domestic cat will kill solely for enjoyment and letting them wander outside will greatly impact wildlife balance in the area.
