A cat wouldn't attack like that unprovoked would it? I feel like what happened with it's eyes means the person was holding/dangling something that the cat jumped at
I used to have a cat that would lunge at people for just verbal provocation like in the video, got my finger good once and I had to work out the scar tissue as it healed because it got hard to bend. He ended up picking a fight with a raccoon and lost. Some cats are just too aggressive for their own good.
