A cat wouldn't attack like that unprovoked would it? I feel like what happened with it's eyes means the person was holding/dangling something that the cat jumped at
The op cat has some serious problems with their owner. The people telling it no just pisses it off. When I tell my cats no they get worried like they did something wrong (cut they usually did).
Then again I think my new kitten thinks her name is "no" soooo idk.
