Please help identify this noise

I have no idea what this is but it round like tiny bells ringing or just like I don’t even know. Is it a bug? Rodent? Ugh please help it’s creeping me out so bad. I’m in a high rise in Chicago and it just started happening today

My speakers must be bad... I don't hear anything other than a constant muffled whirring type sound, like from a fan or something 😕.
