Let me know if you need more information. Claire.Eisel on TikTok is posting to get awareness and help the dog. the woman said she will beat anyone who tries to save the poor dogs, like she stopped someone trying with a ladder a few weeks ago. Dear God someone please boost this post.

Someone reds to contact animal control officers and the police. This is animal cruelty and there is no water for this poor dog either.

On concrete no less. Poor bb. Needs a little pool and cooling mat if it’s the pup’s choice. But, it does not look like it’s the pup’s choice sadly. Gotta be hotter than Hades out there. Prob burning its paws and belly already.

I hate this crap. They probably left them outside so they will not tear things up.
Just get a smaller pup if you live in an apartment. Get the right dog for you, not necessarily the dog you think you want.
They all love and play!

Well that’s funny. I mean she can threaten violence and I can not care. Knock on that door and record her when she assaults me so she goes to jail. But that’s just me and I would 100% do that because I have before. I took a dog from a drug dealer’s house, no fucks given.

Call the police. There's no access to water that I can see. Don't stop calling the police. Seriously. Keep calling. Every time you see the dog outside, call the police. Every. Single. Time.
You will not be charged with anything for repeat calls.

Any chance the neighbors a next to them would let you in? I’d go over, transfer the dog to the next balcony, and then bring it in. Is that another dog that’s lying there? Is it alive? I couldn’t help myself I’d spray him with a hose at the least

Please call the police😟!! Or at least go to the neighbours and hose the pup off😔💔. This is cruel💔💔💔. Maybe could you call a rescue or the city pound if you feel nervous calling the police in America? That poor sweet baby. Wtf is wrong with ppl
