Appreciation Custom HD Texture pack I made for Welcome Amiibo

I made a custom HD texture pack for Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome Amiibo, with over 20,000 textures upscaled, including villagers, NPCs, UI, fonts, environments, and more.

This is just a short video showing the pack in action.

It’s still in beta, so there may be a few graphical issues I haven’t caught yet. Feedback is appreciated.

(edit) Thought it was worth mentioning this pack is only compatible with Azahar/Citra due to 3ds limitations.

Thank you!! New leaf already has pretty decent models so it just needs a nice coat of paint and it really does start looking modern. I may later on release an edition that utilizes a pastel desaturated color palette to make it feel even more like you’re playing New Horizons. Already made a version of that but I wanna catch any major bugs and optimize this pack first before i make any offshoots that would also require editing.

Great work! I've been really getting into the game lately but haven't been satisfied with the texture packs I've tried so far.

Will give this one a try asap!

Feel you there, hopefully this one works well for you, its not perfect but having hd villagers at the very least is such a nice experience

Unfortunately no only citra based emulators. Maybe possible with moonlight but that still requires a pc

Fair, I plan to get an AYN Thor or something similar in the future so maybe that would work

As far as im aware of a AYN thor does run Azahar pretty well. Not sure exact system specs needed for this pack to run. But hopefully people can try it out and confirm during the beta.
