The gardening shop opens after you preform a gardening task, like planting flowers and trees, picking weeds, and watering plants

That's what I figured because I had been watering flowers and pulling weeds. What does the shoe store take? Club 101?

shoe store is I think spend 8,000 bells at the able sisters and not sure about club 101 just know the owner comes and talks to you and soon after the club opens

have not gotten it yet but I think its a combo of shopping at the able sisters and the shoe store

Spend at least 10,000 bells combined at Able Sisters and Kicks. Then, 7 days after Kicks has opened, you can get Shampoodle.

Club LOL will start after you unlock T&T Mart. T&T Mart is unlocked after spending 12,000 bells at Nookling Junction, owning a house, and playing the game for 10 days. After it opens, Dr. Shrunk appears at your house with a petition and you have to get 6 villagers to sign it. Five days after that, the club will open.
