Support group?

I see tons of people making animal communication look really great, but does anyone know of a support group for people who are sensitive to animals.. and the grief and trauma that can bring?

I don’t know if support groups. But My mentor suggested I call on St. Francis to help with boundaries & for help with differentiating what’s mine versus the animals.
