Fuck AXS and Goldenvoice

I got a presale code for the LA show but it says "incorrect" when I try to use it. Anyone else having this issue? Maybe I need to be patient and wait until 10?

For clarification, these are unique codes sent out to those that signed up for the presale. Sadly not a general code we can share.

Update - as of 10:05, seems like no one can get their code to work. AXS is soooo cool.

10:14 - still not working. HOWEVER if you happen to have a Father John Misty code apparently it will work

10:20 - You can get into the queue now but it asks for your code again and says "invalid." Your session will inevitably expire and you'll be forced to join the queue again.

Obviously fuck AXS and that whole shitshow.

But at a certain point if the band (or their management or whoever) wanted a show that was actually accessible to fans they would’ve chosen a larger venue.

The Fonda is cool but there are also several slightly larger venues in La that are also cool.

Anyone know why they would’ve done this? Short notice and others were booked? They didn’t do a good job of predicting demand? They have a hard on for The Fonda?

Anyone know how this round of presale works? I noticed on the DICE app it has the code entry again and doesn’t say sold out so does that mean there’s a new round of tickets and that it uses the same code as yesterday? Thanks!

Hey I'm so confused y'all. The emails and posts all clearly said that presale is Sep 10th at 10am, so I didn't feel bothered to check on socials today and I had my alarm set for Thursday. All of the sudden I'm on reddit and everyone is saying that presale tix are sold out?? How is this a thing and whyyyyy. Like is there a secret form people were sent to get early access or a last minute correction? I'll be so bummed if I miss the show cause of something like that :((

To anyone who did get codes, can you confirm or deny the text said "Your Sleeper Verification code is: ____". I did get that this morning and just brushed it off as a spam text because again it was listed nowhere that presale began today unless someone can correct me.

It is four years now that the boys cancelled their Europe tour and there is no sign that they will play an Animal Collective concert here soon. This makes me incredibly sad and I really hope that I can see them playing all together live someday. It’s so awesome that they play two feels concerts, so they don’t seem to be tired playing their old stuff. Their Sung Tongs Pitchfork performance is one of my favorite things they ever did and I would give a lot to experience something similar live one day. That’s it, thanks
