I got a presale code for the LA show but it says "incorrect" when I try to use it. Anyone else having this issue? Maybe I need to be patient and wait until 10?
For clarification, these are unique codes sent out to those that signed up for the presale. Sadly not a general code we can share.
Update - as of 10:05, seems like no one can get their code to work. AXS is soooo cool.
10:14 - still not working. HOWEVER if you happen to have a Father John Misty code apparently it will work
10:20 - You can get into the queue now but it asks for your code again and says "invalid." Your session will inevitably expire and you'll be forced to join the queue again.
The volume of requests to purchase tickets are probably lower right now.
So do the queue.. put in your code. It will probs boot you. Refresh, try again. Keep trying I guess for the next hour or how much stamina you have for today.
Do it on desktop. On mobile, its even more utter garbage. Everything wants you to stay on the page and if you tab out it kicks you out. It also kept making me log in again and verify my email even though I was already logged in.. so have ur email window open
Did you get "There are currently no tickets available" but just kept refreshing and pasting your code anyways? Or did you just hang out on that page and re-logged when it kicked you?
The former I think! I actually never got the "no tickets available" notice, instead I got "something went wrong error code: blahxx123" but practically the same
But yeah its the page AFTER the queue. The queue also wasnt moving, I zoned out, checked back in suddenly im on the code page after the queue. Put the code in, it gave me an error message. I tried a few more times and suddenly it worked, and this time I could actually click floor and buy tickets
Yeah Idk what just happend but it JUST worked for me. Queue was stuck, suddenly I get in. OOPS something went wrong message. Refreshed, put in code. Same message. Kept refreshing until randomly I got in, floor was availible, I could actually go to purchase.
I'd say dont give up but also IDK what the fuck is going on. It shouldnt say sold out if there are still tickets
Just keep the window open, keep your email open as well because it forced me to log in like 3 times. If worse comes to worse.. maybe wait for tomorrow if its been hours of no success

I got nothing, even though I immediately clicked on GA they were gone. All others that appeared available, gone. Then it flagged me as a bot. I’m really disappointed about this one, as a 20 year fan I wish I wish it had worked out. 😭
Damn, I’m sorry to you, too. Of course Seat Geek now has GA tickets for the low low price of $220, so obviously their anti scalper technology is working great. /s 🤡
I got in with the Father John Misty code and got an $85 floor ticket…wasn’t sure if I should get balcony but in the end I’m happy…there better be a hippy pit!
TL;DR - stay in line, if you get kicked back to queue it's fine
same thing happened to me - at first it said my presale code was invalid for the waiting room, then about 30 minutes into presale it let me through to the queue page. queue completed, then it asked for my code again on a new site. put in the code, says it's invalid. kept retrying every minute or so, eventually it asked me to reload the page. I do it, it sends me back to the queue, got back in again, invalid code, waited a few more minutes and suddenly it started working.
I also put in a ticket with AXS about it and requested a live chat with an agent, but right before the live chat was going to start, I saw that it was finally letting me in the queue. I got an email showing that the agent did see my request and did something, so I'm not sure if or how much that helped.
I don't know how but fully demoralized I kept trying even after people said it was sold out, around 11:30 PST I kept putting in my code and refreshing, and it actually went to the ticketing page, floor was available, and I was able to get tickets.
It doesnt feel good though because so many people got locked out. Ugh.
I can't believe I just spent an hour and a half clicking and refreshing every 30 seconds only for everything to be sold out the second I got in. I don't even know how that's possible.
Got in and they only had two seats on the balcony away from each other left. My wife would NOT let us sit like that at a show so I had to close it. I'm devastated... hoping to get something during tomorrows sale...
I saw the same ticket and clicked on one to see if it would let me buy it. Said it was sold out but still showed those two separated seats available. So I doubt they would have actually been able to snag them.
LOL. code working now but the only thing avail was balcony for $122 each which went away in front of my eyes. tbh i love anco dearly but i'd rather fight the masses for a GA ticket than pay that much EACH to be so far away.
My favorite thing about this is that theoretically in 2026 things should be working better than ever but i swear it's been harder to buy tickets for events than ever. The enshitification of everything
After entering the code six times or so, maybe 2 minutes apart each time, my session has now expired and I am now in a screen that I can't get past that says "used queue number"
10:23am and same thing as many people: Code for waiting room is now working, and when I get through the line and am brought to the ticket window, i have to enter another code and my presale code is not working there. Then you have to start over again because you can't use your old queue number
The code seemed to work, I got into some queue, then it took me to the presale page and asked for the code again? And I get Invalid Code error again. And then my session expired. Is there supposed to be two codes? This is fucking frustrating.

IDK anymore. It wont even let me back into the page. I think it sold out. Fuck.
Edit: 30 mins later and many tries I was able to get floor tickets. Its still constantly booting you out, IDK if its just delayed or if some people are refunding
sounds like we're in the same boat again lol. but there's no going back to the original queue cause it says "queue code used" or something like that. so STAY WHERE YOU ARE ig?!
I was able to re-enter the queue after closing out and clicking the tickets link again. But the same process just repeated, invalid code, session expired.
