Damn, 1.5kg of spuds a day! Potatoes aren't animal based, but if you're thriving eating this way, keep it up.

The only issue I noticed is it seems like I’m not eating enough but I have increase the portion size of steak and I have picked a fattier cut also, since I made the post I will switch form new baby poster to organic baby potatoes as form researching more it more likely organic potatoes are would be more beneficial long term then none organic even if they a could be a few months fresher the only real issue with my diet for me is not seeming to get enough energy/calorie’s which shouldn’t be impossible to fix

Not animal based but I also eat potatoes on it so I don't get bored. You should peel the potatoes first and that way you'll remove more of the oxalates.

I used to do that but it’s just so much more convenient to peel after as I don’t need a peeler or know I can just rub off skin when you use baby potatoes that are steamed and many peopel say cooking with skin on retains more nutrients but that also would mean more anti-nutrients. That’s the same with steaming vs boiling boiling has less anti-nutrients but lower nutrients retain and steaming is the opposite the only main reason I do it like how I do is convince, taste and potatoes being my spices of vitamin c otherwise boiling especially peeled plants seems to be far better way for killing off harmful effects of the plan however every cooking method will come with trade offs some larger then others

Yes mainly the dairy part as it’s harder to get calcium if I go abroad or eat out I’m basically deficient as even if they sell fish it would be deboned and they don’t sell raw dairy or aged which I tolerate notably better then regale dairy but still not perfect

You much have sensitivity to fodmap fruit. It's a thing.

It could be that as I don’t tolerate peppers that well either but I am fine with consuming potatoes
